Once construction was completed, leaks were detected in the elevator shafts. Initially, PENEPLUG was applied to halt the active leaks; the concrete in the shafts was then treated with PENETRON crystalline material and the construction joints and seals were treated with PENETRON and PENECRETE MORTAR.
