Description
Located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of the capital of Bulgaria, the construction site of the luxurious Boyana Apartment project (five floors, 23 apartments and a 2-level underground parking garage) was initially faced with high groundwater levels (runoff from the nearby mountains), which also led to design challenges.
Products Used
PENETRON crystalline waterproofing material, PENECRETE MORTAR for the cracks and fissures, and PENEPLUG rapid-setting compound for active leaks were all used across a combined 1,300 m2 (14,000 square feet) of concrete for a completely durable and waterproof structure.
