The basement, which was initially treated with EPDM membranes, ruptured due to a very high water table. The Penetron System was then employed to repair the basement from the negative side. The retaining walls were repaired using PENETRON, PENECRETE MORTAR and PENEPLUG. In the horizontal raft area, a combination of PENETRON, PENEBAR and PENETRON ADMIX was added to a new concrete slab to stop the leaks.
