Description
The Ministry of Defense manages, coordinates and supervises all of Vietnam’s military organizations and affairs. The central offices of the Ministry of Defense are located within the ancient Hanoi Citadel, once a large palace and fortress complex and residence of Vietnamese monarchs (the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long) from the 11th century. Largely destroyed by the 19th century, the location is now home to various governmental bodies, including the National Assembly and the Ministry of Defense headquarters.

The recently built complex specified PENESEAL PRO to seal the concrete roof of the main building to form a sub-surface barrier and heal hairline cracks in the concrete. In addition, PENETRON crystalline slurry coating was applied to the basement structures to ensure impermeability.
