This construction projects encompasses both the Adagio Hotel and the ibis Hotel in Jeddah, located in the booming Malek Road business district. The ibis Hotel features 180 rooms targeting business and leisure travelers. The Adagio Hotel has 80 full-service units for longer-term foreign and local clientele.
Products Used
For the subterranean structures and water storage tanks of both the Adagio Hotel and ibis Hotel, about 7,000 m3 (9,160 yds3) of concrete were treated with PENETRON ADMIX; PENECRETE MORTAR and PENEPLUG were applied to seal the construction joints and any surface cracks.
