With a 100,000 m2 (1,076,400 square feet) footprint, Asahi Glass Company’s first production facility in Latin America produces 600 tons of glass every day. By 2016, output is expected to reach 220,000 tons of glass annually.

Construction left a 1.5 m (5.5 foot) concrete slab susceptible to water damage from the surrounding soil. PENETRON crystalline technology provided the best solution for sealing the concrete. PENEBAR SW-55 waterstop permanently sealed the construction joints.
