This single-floor basement parking garage was built under a new 33-unit apartment complex in Little Bay, a suburb of Sydney, Australia. The below-ground concrete structure has room for approximately 70 automobiles.

PENESEAL FH sealer was used to treat 6,000 m2 of smooth concrete surface to ensure a non-toxic, sealed, hardened, dust-proofed, densified concrete floor surface that gets better with age. On smooth concrete surfaces a natural wax-like sheen will appear 6-12 months after treatment. With proper maintenance and cleaning, this sheen is a permanent part of the concrete surface and will last the lifetime of the surface.
