The below ground floors, which have an area of approximately 18,170 square meters (195,580 ft2), experienced very high levels of groundwater. The owner and contractor decided to use the Penetron System to save time and money. Specifically, PENETRON ADMIX was added to the concrete used for the underground stories. Additionally, the structure joints were sealed with PENEPLUG and coated with PENETRON.
