Bermuda’s only hospital, the 360-bed King Edward VII Memorial Hospital (KEMH) features an emergency care department and a range of healthcare services. A recent expansion added a new Acute Care wing to KEMH.

PENETRON ADMIX was used to treat a 300,000-gallon (1.136 million liter) potable water tank (also an emergency water supply) and an 80,000-gallon (303,000 liter) gray water tank for sewage treatment, a total of more than 3,500 cubic yards (2,700 m3) of concrete. The top slabs of the waterproofed tanks also form the basement floor of the parking garage; PENETRON ADMIX was also used for about 1,400 cubic yards (1,070 m3) of concrete for the roof slab of the new KEMH wing.
