Description
This US$10 million project for a modern Marine Products Distribution Center supplies fresh seafood to local citizens at affordable prices. The building consists of a basement floor and three above-grade floors housing a seafood market, a raw fish center, cold storage and fish processing facilities, all in a 4,600m2 (50,000 square feet) layout.
Products Used
During construction, hydrostatic pressure forced a substantial amount of groundwater through the basement walls. PENETRON ADMIX was added to the concrete to protect the structure, providing comprehensive and reliable waterproofing protection for the below-grade structures where the machine and fire pump rooms are located in the basement.
