The new $77 million hotel, located in downtown Midland, Texas (mid-way between Fort Worth and El Paso), features 97 guestrooms on five floors. An above-grade, multi-floor garage provides on-site parking for 365 cars.
Products Used
Over 1,000 cubic yards of PENETRON ADMIX-treated concrete was used for the below-grade retaining walls and foundation slab supporting the concrete structures of the Marriott Hotel’s parking garage.
