Description
The US$122 million expansion project for the Caspian seaport of Aktau in Kazakhstan added three new cargo terminals, including six new grain silos (capacity: 10 tons each). As part of the international “trans Caspian corridor,” it will quadruple grain capacity and add modernized equipment for faster and more efficient operations.
Products Used
The full range of PENETRON crystalline materials were used extensively in the construction of the concrete port facilities. Note: much of the PENETRON materials were produced and shipped from the PENETRON production plant in Kazakhstan.
