Description
The Polyvalent Hall is a multi-purpose indoor arena in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The venue holds 10,000 people in its largest concert or boxing event configuration, or over 7,000 spectators for basketball and handball. Because of high groundwater levels in the area, the underground parking garage needed to be waterproofed. The solution also had to be cost-efficient and comparatively uncomplicated to apply.
Products Used
PENETRON ADMIX was used in the 11,000 m2 (118,400 square feet) slab for the parking garage floor and PENEBAR SW-45 RAPID waterstop was used in seal the resulting construction joints.
