Description
The Potts Hill Business Park is the new home of the NSW Police Facility. Located adjacent to two large water reservoirs for the city of Sydney, the AU$30 million project included three separate buildings, 11,000 m2 (118,400 sq. feet) of floor space and an underground parking area. Potts Hill is a suburb of Bankstown 21 km (13 miles) southwest of Sydney.

Grindley Constructions collaborated with PENETRON on an optimal waterproofing solution for all concrete structures. PENETRON ADMIX and PENEBAR SW waterstops were used to treat the elevator/lift pits, the first floor suspended slab and the main facility room slab.
