Description
This multi-purpose complex built on a 7.2 hectares (17.8 acres) lot features three office towers (to be complemented by two residential towers in phase 2); each of the 20-floor towers offers 2,200 m2 (23,700 square feet) of floor space. A ground level retail area features restaurants, stores, coffee shops and other shops under the SQ Dome (see photo).
Products Used
Exposed to a high water table and high hydrostatic pressure, PENETRON ADMIX was used to treat almost 20,000 m3 (26,160 cubic yards) of concrete for the retaining walls and basement slabs of the four-level basement. PENEBAR SW-55 waterstop sealed the construction joints. About 43,900m2 (472,600 square feet) of concrete surfaces in the restrooms, balconies and the roof were treated with PENETRON topical crystalline material.
