Description
The largest office development project in the Atlanta region, Park Center in Dunwoody, features three office towers dedicated as the new State Farm headquarters. The initial tower is a 13-floor office building with a seven-level parking deck, including 585,000 square feet (54,350 m2) of office space. The campus also features a fitness center and street level retail stores and restaurants, with a direct connection to the MARTA (public transportation) station adjacent to Perimeter Mall.
Products Used
PENETRON ADMIX was used to treat the concrete in the foundation walls and slabs of the parking deck to help ensure durable and impermeable concrete structures, and help keep construction on schedule.
