Developed by Lynwood LLC and less than 300 feet from the Immokalee Canal (within view of the Gulf of Mexico), the 2.5-acre construction site has a relatively high-water table.

PENETRON ADMIX SB (packaged in easy-to-mix soluble bags) was specified for the project. Titan America supplied the concrete for the hotel’s elevator pits.
