Description
With a seating capacity of 43,000 for sports events and 75,000 for concerts, the Ullevi Stadium is a multi-purpose venue and one of the largest stadiums in the Scandinavian region. Originally built for the 1958 FIFA World Cup, the stadium hosts world-class music and sport events and is also used for private company events.
Products Used
The frost-damaged existing concrete structures of the Ullevi Stadium were completely repaired and renovated with topical applications of PENETRON and PENETRON MORTAR to prevent any further rebar corrosion. PENETRON ADMIX was used in new concrete sections for lasting permeability.
