A state-owned enterprise owned and operated by Vietnam’s Ministry of Defense, the Viettel Corporation is that country’s largest mobile phone operator. Viettel also provides telecommunication services to countries in the surrounding region, Africa and South America. The global company is headquartered in a new multi-story office park in Hanoi.

To ensure a waterproof concrete roof for all four towers of the company’s office park, PENESEAL PRO was applied to approximately 1,300 m2 (13,995 square feet) of exposed concrete surfaces on the roof.
